Şelale Evleri, Kağıthane's first branded residential project, is located in the heart of Istanbul, away from earthquake risk, with no transportation problems, and surrounded by public institutions, schools, and hospitals.
The imitation Pamukkale Waterfalls are located in a valley where the Ottomans used to graze their horses and where the lavish entertainments of the era took place. Once, there were significant historical structures reflecting the characteristics of that period, such as the Kağıthane Hospital, Atiye Sultan Palace, Koşu Köşkü (Running Pavilion), Kağıthane Ayazması (Kağıthane Holy Spring), and Hamidiye Waters, but very few remain today.
It raised the living standards of the region. The design project, combining the imitation Pamukkale Waterfalls with tropical landscaping, instantly brought the project to the forefront. By raising the living standards of Kağıthane and introducing the comfort of a five-star resort, the project quickly found buyers because it offers amenities such as parking, sauna, Turkish bath, indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, children's playgrounds, nursery, dry cleaning, men's and women's hairdressers, and a supermarket, allowing people to meet many of their needs without leaving the premises. In a limited area like Kağıthane, a comfortable residential area has been created, and all blocks have been constructed according to the latest earthquake regulations. Each block features a 70-pile foundation system.
