Space Center project is located in Cekmekoy that is the developing region of Istanbul which is preferred due to its being closely located to city center.
Project is composed of 9 blocks having 7 floors each. At the site there are closed car park, open and closed swimming pool, multipurpose sports field, children play grounds, bicycle road, walking track, ponds, water ducts and many other similar features. In the concept of social facility there is sauna, cafeteria and fitness center.
