DR. ZİYA YILMAZ DAP HOLDING CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

He was born in Trabzon in 1974. Ziya Yılmaz, after his public relations education, undertook many valuable projects in the real estate and construction sector with the brand DAP YAPI.

In addition to developing thousands of residences, residences, offices and shopping malls, DAP Yapı added value to permanent works such as hotels, hospitals and schools with its original architectural designs.

With his strategy open to change and innovations and his innovative vision that builds structures for 50 years from now, Yılmaz won many prestigious awards at home and abroad with the projects he developed. By breaking records that are hard to break, it introduced Turkey to the world stage in the most effective way with the DAP YAPI flag.

Yılmaz, who is on Forbes Magazine's list of "100 richest people in Turkey", is the vice president of the Housing Developers and Investors Association.

Ziya Yılmaz is one of the managers of İNDER, KONUTDER and GYODER. Real Estate and Real Estate Investment Trusts Association(GYODER) Housing Developers and Investors Organization (KONUTDER) Istanbul Association of Builders (İNDER).

In 2018, Prof. Dr. Ziya Yılmaz has been awarded the title of ah Honorary Doctorate by Istanbul Gedik University Senate for his contributions to business and national economy.

Yılmaz, who identifies his hobbies in life with his work, likes to sail on the sea, read history and biography books and success stories.

He is married and has 5 children.
